To keep your mental machinery running smoothly for the
bar exam, exercise for one hour every day. That's right.
One hour. Every day. Strenuous exercise, not just
walking. Go running. Go to the gym. Climb up to the
roof in your building and run downstairs again. Get
your exercise.
The bar exam is a physical challenge. Exercise will
give you the stamina to complete the exam. It will
keep you calm. It will keep you sane. It will keep
you mentally sharp. It will keep you cheerful. It will
help you sleep the night before and the night after each
exam day.
No matter how concerned you are about the bar exam,
exercise will not only make you feel better, it will
also make it easier for you to learn what you must
know.
The first secret to raising your score on the bar
exam is strenuous daily exercise.
